    • Supports H. 757, recognizing mobile homes as permanent structures affixed to the land rather than personal moveable property, thus ensuring greater affordability and financing by lowering borrowing costs for buyers and allowing for more reasonable interest rates and loan terms.

      Healthcare

Advancing a healthcare system that delivers quality, ensures accessibility, and maintains affordability across our rural state.

      • Knows the value of our small hospitals to our rural communities, and will fight to protect our birthing centers and critical access care.
      • Understands the connection between the rocketing price of healthcare and the unsustainable cost of education, which is driving our high property taxes
      • Voted in favor of H. 266 (now Act 55) to cap the price of hospital-administered, outpatient prescription drugs at 120% of the manufacturer’s average sales price (starting in January 2026) by limiting hospital markups
      • Will work towards universal health care for all

        Environmental Stewardship and Climate Resiliency

Taking care of our land and preparing our communities to withstand challenges, adapt to change, and remain strong in the face of a changing climate.

        • Is helping to secure reimbursements that were denied by FEMA for the Northeast Kingdom in the wake of recent flooding
        • Drafted legislation that would protect our smallest lakes from harmful wake sports that disrupt animal habitats, contaminate our clean waters and damage shorelines, and create unsafe conditions for other boaters and swimmers.
        • Supports strengthening protections for private landowners from unwanted activity
